Sencha Green Tea

Beautifully aromatic, light and flavoursome and loaded with anti-oxidants.

To infuse perfectly aim for 80°C, rather than just boiled and infuse for 1 – 3 minutes.
A shorter infusion time will provide a light, aromatic brew; a longer infusion time will result in a deeper fuller, but also more bitter brew.

Preparation: Use one rounded teaspoon per cup of recently boiled filtered water (ideal brewing temperature approximately 80°C). Infuse for 1 - 3 minutes. Shorter for a light aromatic brew, longer for deeper fuller flavour.
