Soothing and holding, supporting you from the inside out. Nurture was a lockdown development - we all seem to need a little more nurture! This blend has established itself as a firm favourite in these uncertain times.

Ingredients: Skullcap, Oat Straw, Rose Petals, Hawthorn flowers and leaves, Passionflower, Linden, Vervain
Preparation: Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and infuse for 3 min.
