Golden Goddess is a nourishing, tonifying blend of life enhancing herbs, which have traditionally been used for thousands of years.

Ingredients: Shatavari, Astragalus, Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger
Preparation: Use ½ - 1 rounded teaspoon per cup. Gently heat milk of your choice. Mix small amount of milk into powder to form a paste, stir in rest. Add honey to taste if required. We suggest enjoying once or twice daily.
