I’ve been supporting perimenopausal and postmenopausal women for almost 20 years — and for the past 7 years, it has been one of the main pillars of my full-time practice.

Holding space for a circle of women in midlife feels like a calling I’ve been circling for years. Now the timing feels right.

I’m on HRT — can I still join?

Absolutely. This programme supports women with or without HRT.

HRT can be incredibly supportive, and so can reconnecting to your inner wisdom, exploring foundational lifestyle shifts, and understanding how to support your body holistically.
The programme complements — rather than replaces — any medical treatment you may already be receiving.

Will 1-to-1 support be available?

This is primarily a group programme, which means:

  • The focus is on exploring themes and tools that benefit the whole group
  • Many women share overlapping symptoms and challenges, so a community approach is both supportive and effective
  • The programme is not designed to diagnose, treat, or manage individual medical conditions

However:

  • You will have access to discounted 1-to-1 support with me during the programme and for 3 months afterwards
  • If you have specific medical conditions or require personalised guidance, I may recommend additional individual work or referrals
  • Some symptoms or health concerns may require further medical investigation — this programme is for education and support, and is not a substitute for professional medical care
Do I need to attend every live session?

You will get the most from the programme by joining live whenever possible, as the group experience and shared reflections are a big part of the journey.

However, all Zoom circles will be recorded, so you can catch up if life gets busy.

How much time do I need to commit?
  • Two 90-minute Zoom circles each month
  • Optional reflection or integration practices between sessions
  • Engagement in the community space as suits your energy and availability

I’m not sure if I’m ‘really’ in perimenopause — will this still help?

Yes.
Perimenopause looks different for each woman, and many begin experiencing subtle shifts long before they realise it.
This programme focuses on foundational wellbeing, which supports you whether you’re pre-, peri-, or post-menopausal.

Is this programme suitable if I’m dealing with a health condition?

In many cases, yes — but it depends.
Midlife Metamorphosis is educational and supportive, not medical.
If you have a complex health condition, you may benefit from additional 1-to-1 guidance.
I’ll always be clear about when further medical advice is recommended.

Will herbs or supplements be prescribed?

We will discuss a number of my top go-to herbs and supplements for this life stage, including how they work and when they may be helpful.
However, I will not prescribe or recommend personalised supplement plans within the group setting.
If you need tailored advice, that can be explored separately through discounted 1-to-1 work.
