The perimenopausal journey is often thought of as Midlife Misery due to the varied and complex symptom picture that can present. However, what if the symptoms are actually love messages from your body, asking you to pay more attention to it’s needs and slow down a little? And before you gasp about not being able to slow down, I would like to point towards two different ways we can slow down.

One is getting more in tune with where we are operating from internally, and slowing down internally. The other is slowly down externally. Slowing down and connecting in is the biggest gift you can give yourself during the perimenopausal transition, and also the one that you will get the greatest return on investment for doing!

As so much of my work focuses on supporting perimenopausal woman I feel called to offer a space to journey together and deepen into a better understanding of how we can navigate to better support ourselves during this time.
